It replaced a 20yr old microwave so we really appreciate how this microwave cooks items gently and completely! Only thing not so much fun was the music - cute at first, but well it got old. After watching numerous youtube videos, my daughter found the secret key combo and viola! no more sound :) (clear + sensor cook, hold for 3 seconds)

I switched the plastic ring underneath the turn table with the 3-wheel one from my old microwave oven, and the sound problem was solved. LG needs to bring back the standard 3-wheel ring.
