White interior & exterior, a light that turned on when the door was open and when it was cooking. A 30second increment option. Some preprogrammed buttons. She told us they had one in store. We wanted to open the box to plug it in and check them light. Nope. If we didn't take it it would have to be sold as an open box. Understand. Got it home and couldn't wait to use it. No key pad on the outside !!? We have advanced degrees but couldn't even figure out how to set the time much less do anything else. It was an easy return. The head of appliances happened to be there. He chuckled and said it was more for professional cooks. I asked if he knew how to use it. Yes...... and no. We found just what we were looking for in another store and were able to check it out. We love Best Buy and do as much as we can with them. They ordered it, price matched, let us open to be sure everything was perfect. We're very happy.

The front shows a 10 year warranty, but it stopped heating after we had it for 13 months. Fine print, parts and labor warranty is only 1 year. The nearest repair place is 40 miles away and it just wasn't work my time to try to get it fixed. I threw it away and bought a different one.

My complaint and negative with this appliance is that it tips easily and not stable when the door is open if you touch the door. I can't compare to any other microwave today as my last one lasted me 20 years with no issues. I would recommend this product with caution to the buyer to be careful not to put any weight on the door when open.
