Microwave looks good and fairly easy to clean. I had to replace my 20 year plus microwave so this unit was a huge change for me. Microwave has more steps to cook something to what I'm use to. Have had it for almost a month and things are easier. It does cook great once you figure out the programming. Wish the light was brighter and/or lighter interior. The side handle is nice and will be better once I stop trying to open by pushing the open button that doesn't exist lol.

This is an amazing microwave. Heats everything up evenly. Plenty big enough for my large plates. It is a little noisy but I tried out five microwaves before I settled on this one.... And I can handle a little fan noise I have a microwave that works this good!

Love the dark and illuminated interior. Instead of a stainless button to push or stainless handle to grab (resulting in smudge/grime) the door pulls open and pushes closed without touching the front window or stainless surround. Small detail but it will help keep it clean. Works great!

Love this microwave compact but big at the same time very easy to use and not very heavy

This replaced a 10-year-old 1100 watt oven that had failed due to magnetron burnout. This model seems to more evenly heat the food (no detectable heat differences across the whole meal), and its timer is softer sounding and more musical, which I find better than an annoying BEEP BEEP the old model had. The only thing I miss between this model and my previous is the timer is incremented or decremented, first by 10 second intervals then more the longer you hold down the increment (plus) button. I am used to using a numeric keypad to put in exact time desired like 72 seconds, or 1:45.

Talk about fast usually takes less than a minute to heat up food. Water comes out piping hot after 2 minutes. Love the chime to let me know it is done. On the down side though, no preprogrammed features. Be very careful with popcorn. Burnt every one so far.

This Smart Inverter microwave is simply beautiful! It has lots of features that enable it function just great. I mean, its sensor reheat and sensor cook features make it a great deal. It's able to heat up food within the shortest amount of time, unlike the microwave I had before. Also, I appreciate the fact its noise level is very low. The overall build, including the size and its silver color is another aspect I love. So far, we have been enjoying it. Thank you, Best Buy!

I love the look of this microwave, very sleep and modern. Also very powerful! The only thing that can get annoying but I don't mind it is setting up the time, you don't press buttons but you set it up using a slider so it's not too exact and you need to slide it to get to a certain minute rather than just punching in the minutes. But other than that, it's a great microwave and very aesthetically pleasing!

Samsung makes some of the happiest appliances around. It plays a jingle instead of the annoying standard beeps. Very good size and clean lines.

Many types of settings for defreezing ...cooking reheating ....defrosting by weight defrosting by texture of food .....very pleased with system. Very quiet..smart looking ...the high light of my counter top...... Good vibrations good results l g .

Works well. The light inside is decently bright and the turntable conveniently comes back to the initial position every 10 seconds so if you reheat some coffee and put the cup in the front it’s right where you left it when done. The no number pad does make setting the power a little tedious though. However the quick start and add are nice. The repeating chime if you don’t get your food right away is a bit annoying.

Very happy with this microwave. Just the right size. Stylish. Cooks food well. The inverter seems to help. Easy to use.

It’s loud. It almost sounds like it is working too hard and might keel over. Not sure if I am going to keep it. I like the size and the look. You can’t type in #s, you can only hit the + to get to the time you want. Can be a pain if you need 10 mins in the microwave.

Cute little microwave with a slick robotic appearance. Button features are very useful As well. And it has a this nice ring tone.

I love the way this microwave looks because it matches every other appliance in my kitchen now. I like how most of the buttons are hidden until you open the door. I can't give a complete review because I haven't used it a whole lot. So far the defrost option isn't as good as my old one.

We purchased this item to replace a 3 yr old over the stove type. This one I s very powerful and easy to use. Everyone comments on how modern and cool it looks.

This model has a control panel inside of the door that is hidden when you shut the door. You must punch in your unique settings before you shut the door and start it. For quick actions, you must use a finger sensitive - to + slider that moves up or down in 10 second increments for quick heating. Several times when heating water in a Pyrex measuring cup, I heard loud vibrating sounds that eventually lessened by the days. Otherwise, it heats quicker than any micros that I've had in the past.

After having a Magic Chef for over 30 years, it finally died. I had to get to a new one. The problem - my family wanted a microwave that was effective, good looking and easy to use. After trying a few including a Panasonic (what a disaster - setting the time was an experience), I settled on this LG. What made it even more attractive was that it was on sale. Well, this unit hit all of our hot buttons. It was attractive, very easy to use (almost to the point of being intuitive), and offered very good performance. Food that used to require several zapps and a bit of turning came out right the first time - highly recommended.
