I Love the classy look of this microwave. It is very nice. I like that it has the key pad on the inside of the door rather than on the front. In addition I also like the convenience of the 30 second quick touch on the outside of the door plus the feature to add as few as 10 seconds increments touch pad. The wattage is 1200 which is a great feature to me. I use my microwave everyday multiple times a day.

Solid product. I haven't had any issues. This is the second one I have bought. Keep one downstairs for guest and one upstairs. Almost bought the bigger one but this is pretty much a perfect size. One thing that is a big odd is the alert when finished. Also the buttons aren't quite intuitive but you learn them fast. I use the sensor reheat frequently for food and for tea.

It works great & it’s easy to clean ... that should be it, right? But the most annoying thing is that you must set the time in increments of 10 seconds! Really. You can’t do anything less than 10 seconds ... The other issue is the very annoying tune played upon completion. It keeps playing and playing until you retrieve your item. A single beep would do the trick, thanks ;)

This is a great microwave. Re-hearting is awesome and even. Wattage is great. Sleek controls make clean up easy.

This microwave is fairly simple to use. Great size for an apartment. Minimal buttons. End chime is a little weird.

The device is visually very appealing. It has nice controls, and nice chimes. Below are some minor issues I've found: Despite being anti stain cover, the fingers signs are clearly seen. The model lacks numeric keypad, so you can' precisely set the desired time. The power could be higher, despite the used new technology Smart Inverter I've noted some dishes now take longer to prepare. Hope it is helpful!

Great microwave!!! This is my 2nd time buying which I would rebuy if I didn’t like my husband broke my old one and ruined the megatron which is what heats your food but getting it replaced is actually more than the microwave itself so I’m bought a new one! Definitely recommend this microwave love all the settings!

This is a beautiful microwave. Heated evenly and my spouse loves it. My only con is that it is a tad too loud and sounds but cheap. I can't really explain the sound, but I don't care it. Everything is great with it.

The LG NeoChef is the perfect microwave. It is a good size for most food items, and the sensor program takes the guesswork out of heating food. The exterior is sleek, and all the program buttons are inside when you open the door. It does have a quick heating 'slide' timer on the door if you prefer.

Great power, easy to use and very sleek and simple. I put this in a microwave cabinet in the island and fit great!

Microwave works great. No complaints, but I'll list some useful comments. 1) The Melody. I've seen some comments/complaints about the melody, e.g. it's too loud, annoying, etc... It's fine by me. It's not as loud as the 5 beeps that my old, old Panasonic had. Melody will play at end and will repeat every minute if not attended to. Melody will also play to indicate it's switching from auto mode to timed mode (to show how much time is left). 2) No numeric keypad. You cannot enter 4-3-0 to indicate 4 mins and 30 seconds. Time is set by using the slide on front panel. It increments in 10/30 secs. So, you cannot set, e.g. 4 mins and 36 seconds. 3) Only the slide function is in front. Just pressing 'start' starts for 30 secs. You can slide to increase/decrease. You have to open the door to access the Auto/Reheat functions. 4) No programable function (that I saw). I used to cook rice by setting 5 mins on high and then 15 mins on med. Put cookware in, and just press start. Now, I use the Auto-Sensor level 7 to cook rice. It works fine. Auto/Reheat levels (1-7) are suggested for the various foods in the manual.

Purchased this microwave for my single family home during a sale. Just the right size that can fit my bigger plates. Wasn't aware of the interesting music it plays every time it finishes heating up my food, but it adds flavor to my quiet home. Personally prefer a microwave that I can easily specify heating time, as I need to slide my finger multiple times with this one. Would recommend still, as it's not that much of work anyway.
