Had for 9months - love it; pleanty large, very modern looking. Way better than 2 Samsungs that both died just after waranty expired...

Best microwave with great style easy to use my family loves it

Love the appearance of this microwave and the many cooking options. The jingle reminds you that you left food in the oven and will beep until it's taken out. There is a bit of learning on the reheating options that takes getting used to.

This is a very nice microwave and I'm happy with my purchase. I've only had it for a week now so haven't used it a whole lot. The inside light is nice and apparently it's easy to clean which is a plus. It's powerful and heats and cooks things in less time than my old one of 25+ years that was about to die.

The microwave is compact and attractive. The controls are very common sense and efficient, though it was a bit of an adjustment to learn how to use them. Food cooks evenly. I also like the lighting and door design which enable the food to be seen while it’s cooking.

Good size for a counter top microwave. It has a good appearance and good power.

I like the simplistic look of this microwave. It's is quite powerful and very easy to use and clean.

Operating instructions are pretty clear. Simple to operate with a good balance of features. Some I have tried out with good results (sensor cook or sensor reheat). I really like the slide touch feature which allows you to increase or decrease cooking time while the microwave is operating. Door opens and closes easily. Nice neat clean look.

Bought this LG print proof stainless steel mid size microwave to replace an extra large white Panasonic. It is the most money we have ever spent on a microwave, but it's worth every penny! I wanted a microwave without the push button opening for the door, since that is the design of our previous microwave that broke and necessitated us having to buy a new one. The LED light inside is energy efficient and brighter than any previous microwave I have owned. Programming this microwave it's so easy! The way it operates make sense! I wasn't sure if I would like the black stainless finish, but it's very easy to keep clean. When the microwave is finished heating your food it plays a cute chime instead of those annoying beeps. It was a pleasant surprise the first time I used it. It reminds you if you've left something in it. We have an LG washer and dryer that we love also, so when I saw this was an LG brand I didn't hesitate. Wasn't sure if the midsize would be big enough inside to handle the plates and cookware that we use, but there's plenty of room. Love this microwave!

Really good microwave. Plenty of power and a good size so that you can heat up just about anything without giving up a ton of counter space. One minor drawback is it goes in 10 second increments to 5 minutes and after that, by 30 seconds. So if you like to be exact, you will have to stand next to it and stop it. But that is not really an issue for us.

Works good. Just big. Easy to clean and looks good on the counter.

This microwave is pretty nice. We like the 30 second quick function vs the 1 minute ovens we had before. the buttons are TOO subtle and hard to see for us older folk. I had to make stickers to see what we were doing. The slide function on the front panel is strange. It's OK, but not what I would have chosen to put up front as the main function. The heating is nice, somewhat gentler than our old microwave which used to always throw the fuse. The light inside is pretty good, and makes watching your food easy enough to monitor. Too bad the inside color of the microwave is dark. I think it would be even easier to see if the color were lighter. The bad part is the chime. It's a cheery little tune that plays when it's done....and then again after half a minute if you don't get your food out...and again and again and again. I actually wrote to LG to ask how to disable this irritating function. They have not responded. Yes, I would recommend this, but not if they get easily irritated with the music, or if they're older and can't see the buttons easily.

I bought this primarily for the wattage, the cubic footage size, and the color. It cooks evenly and thoroughly. Things get hot fast. I like that this microwave has chimes that sound far more pleasant than an annoying alarm beep. I also like the different power settings for cooing and reheating being clearly displayed on the upper part of the frame once the door is opened. You can slide a dial on the outside to increase or decrease the cook time while the microwave is running. The NeoChef turntable has a six wheels so the plate is stable. The lighting being on while something is cooking is nice. My only complaint is it makes a buzzing sound from the frame. When I slightly hold the outside wall while it is running, it stops. I wish it was a bit quieter than it is. Despite this, I am very pleased with the product.

Really love the look and design of this microwave, would give 5 stars if we didn't have problems with it, within first few months we had issues with our microwave it kept showing error and stopped working looked up error and said was internal communication error and so had to return and get a new one. we were fortunate to have bought the insurance on it so did not have to buy a new one but was able to replace it but had to then buy new insurance for the new one. hoping that the faulty microwave was just a fluke and we can get a long time of use from this microwave since we really do like it. if the new microwave lasts us then I would recommend it.

Have had this microwave for over 6 months and has performed just fine.
