Very good microwave that performs well. Only thing I don't like is having numbers to punch in. The slider bar on the front cooks in 10 second intervals, as does the inside timer. Will just take some getting use to, but a very sleek looking microwave.

I purchased for my mom and it's great. It warms the food evenly and I really like the sound it makes when the food is ready. My only issue, which is not a big deal, is the clock never stays set. I've set it at least 10 times but it doesn't stay that way. Again, not a deal breaker but would be nice if it did. Very modern and sleek on the counter top.

Very attractive design. You get full interior capacity for lasagna dishes, etc. without the oversized exterior. Very easy to operate. The only reason it's a 4 instead of a 5 is it's a bit noisy and is without a soft close door (as compared to the small Breville microwave oven I previously had).

This unit cooks very well and quickly with 1200 watts. This model is attractive and classy with its chimes. Some people will find it difficult to use , due to its advance controls; however, once you get used to it, its nice. Consumer Reports rates it high at 78, and their is a 10 year warranty, so faced with a choice of conventional units I went with the NEO CHEF.

My old microwave was showing its age , and this LG was a good upgrade. The the simple slider interface with + and - at the ends to set the cook time was intuitive and became easy to use quickly. I also liked the turntable design, and the faster cooking time with 1200 W. The exterior matches my black and stainless steel stove very nicely.

Needed a new microwave for a small space, but wanted the features of a larger model (sensor function). This microwave checked all the boxes and looks fantastic.

Really great microwave. The little jingle it plays when your food is done is a really nice change from the deafening beeping of microwaves I grew up with. Sleek in appearance, and there is hardly a learning curve using the slider for time instead of a number keypad.

Bought this to replace a huge over-the-range microwave that was 15 years old - still in working order. I had a vented exhaust hood installed, so needed a countertop model. The original microwave was 1.9 cu. ft. and though this is 1.5, we haven’t lost any usable capacity. Also, it’s 100 watts less than the old one, but cooks/thaws quite a bit faster. It looks good on the baker’s rack and I really like the fact that it has inverter technology, so 30% power is actually 30% and not 100% cycling on and off to simulate 30% power. It’s a bit light, though: opening the door will move the microwave if I don’t’ hold it down. Other than that, it’s doing a better job and taking up far less space than the old one.

This microwave was by far a surprise. The ease of use was amazing. I do wish that it had more smart features. The outer touch pad leaves more to be desired, but it serves its purpose well. Overall, I would said that this has been a solid purchase and would recommend.

THIS IS A GREAT LITTLE UNIT ! WE HAD A HUGE LG MICROWAVE BEFORE THIS ONE THAT ONLY LASTED A COUPLE OF YEARS BEFORE TOTALLY MALFUNCTIONING. GOT THIS ONE FOR MORE COUNTER SPACE, AND QUICKLY FOUND IT EASY TO USE, AND PLENTY BIG INTERNALLY. POWERFULL AND LOTS OF SETTING TO TAKE CARE OF LEFTOVERS, RE-HEATING, ETC.

1200 watts sure comes in handy when your reheating a bunch of dinner items. Unit is attractive and easy to operate. More complex functions are available so keep instruction book handy. Controls can be a bit confusing in their attempt to be minimalistic on face of device.

When our large microwave suddenly stopped working. I wanted something in stock that was a little smaller. This mid-size microwave was a perfect choice. I love the sound it makes when it is done-it makes the sweetest chime and it somehow makes me smile. I was planning on upgrading when we remodel our kitchen but I am in love with this microwave because of the chime, so I having our designer incorporate it into the new kitchen design! If you want a door with a tradition push open on your microwave this is not for you - it has a sleek door pull on the front pannel which I thought at first I wouldn’t like but it is unique. The one drawback for some would be that you have to open the door to program unless you click the quick time add from the door. I personally don’t mind and appreciate this design. Overall a keeper for me and a good buy for others who want to also smile when their food is done heating.
