So simple to use and super sleek. No handle is amazing. The reheat sensor is so very accurate and I’m amazed at the ease of using the microwave. It is very straightforward and it’s a keeper!

Was looking for an under cabinet GE to replace an old one that finally broke down. This is much cheaper and more spacious. Seems to heat faster and has a more pleasant timer chime. We got the black stainless and is nice and finger print proof

The good heats fast the 30 second start/add and stop button are accessabe on the front panel. Heats fast and is easy to clean. The bad uneven heating as in most microwaves, setting the time in other than 30 Sec. intervals is hard if not almost impossible. The microwave moves when door is opened or closed without holding it down. Try tha with a platefull ov food. I bolted mine down.

We needed a microwave to fit a specific sized spot, this replaced one that was built into the cabinet so that was really the driving factor behind the choice. Works well and as designed and wasn't overly expensive

We have had this microwave for over 2 years now. It is my favorite microwave ever, elegant looking, and easy to use. The interface on the door took a bit of getting used to, but then it was smooth sailing. We put it into a wall niche which had plenty of space in the back, but didn't offer the space on the sides that was recommended. However, it has worked flawlessly and we've no problems with overheating, etc. Some people complain about the short "tune" it plays when finished, but I like it because it distinguishes it from any other device, and it's very minor. You'd have to be prettiy picky, I think, to be bothered by it.

Love the contemporary design of the microwave. Door shuts/opens quietly. 1250 watts is awesome. Inverter tech makes so much of a difference. The lack of a number pad took very little time to get used to. Don't miss it. A must buy for the price.

Bought this microwave because my old one died. It is smaller inside than I thought it would be but it works GREAT. No buttons exposed and it takes a little practice to get the time right. Like the tune it plays when it is done much better than a buzzzzz.

Cooks uniformly, but...WHO designed the controls? Looks nice, but you have to have the door open to enter most functions on keypad. Timer can only be set in increments of 10 seconds. And, the sensor functions that control reheating and sensor cooking are mostly WAY OFF. Example...reheating casseroles...after the initial heating, the display will switch to a time. Usually, the time is something that is FAR too long, and would totally burn the food (like 15 minutes, when 3 minutes is plenty). Don't walk off and leave something in it!

We love this microwave!! It has a beautiful design and looks great in our kitchen. It cooks great and evenly. After reading a ton of reviews and descriptions we went with this one and we are definitely not disappointed.

It works great. The space is karge. I just love it. It us also very pocket friendly.

I like this a little more than the big brother, the 2.0cu because it doesn't take up as much space and it still fits a majority of stuff inside. Plus the sleek front panel and the pull for the door is better IMO

I went in to Best Buy to purchase the cheapest microwave they had because I didn’t think any microwave could really be better than another. They were out of stock on all the cheap ones and This was The next cheapest available on sale, I was too lazy to go to another store so I bought it, even though it was about $150 more than I wanted to spend on a microwave. I’m so happy I picked this one, food comes out so much better than other standard microwave I’ve used. With the sensor heating feature you can put leftovers in hit start and it will reheat the food to perfection. Also when food is done it doesn’t make an annoying loud beeping noise it’s a fun little tune almost like Mario cart theme song.

Full touch screen is nice but would have liked a few more options for when the door is closed. Works great and actually cooks like a true 1200 watt. Styling is fantastic and the finish song is neat.

We have had this microwave for a little over a month and it is doing a great job. It is easy to clean, easy to use and feels sturdy. I like the feature of being able to use the outside of the door to set your time.

When i purchased this microwave i was surprised how intuitive it was to use and made my kitchen feel more tech savy with the different heating modes. However i have noticed at times when using, the microwave makes more noise than expected and sounds a little louder than my previous microwave. Im not sure if thats normal or if its because of the smart inventor. Overall good microwave just wish it wasn’t so loud when using.

This is the only countertop LG microwave that matches our other LG Black Stainless appliances. The key pad is an adjustment as there are no physical numbers to enter, but you can adjust to it easily. It does a great job heating our food and is a perfect size.

This LG-NeoChef microwave is simple and effective. We do not cook with a microwave very much, mostly reheating. It is easy to use and easy to clean.
