I purchased this unit to replace a Microwave that I had for over 15 years. A few issues I ahve with this one are the base feet are not level and I had to place pads under the feet to ballance it out. The controlls on the front for me are onnly the timer slider and start and stop, so if your like me and dont STUDY the manual like most I think the other controlls are inside the door. When you open the door the controlls are clear but I never use them as I only use the unit to warm things up like coffee or a slice of Pizza. I think the controlls on the inside could have been on the outside, but I thiink that was to make the unit affordable.

Looks great - works great! A sleek-looking powerful microwave with many useful features. And it's roomy enough for large items.

Seems alright i just got it to replace another Microwave haven't used it works currently. Aestheticly its a common boring design its considerably louder and door is wonky opening and closing.

This is our 2nd one as the first one went dead within 9 months. Power didn’t turn on and we didn’t purchase the warranty. We purchased it with this one. Works and looks great with all our other black stainless steel appliances!

The microwave itself is very attractive and works extremely well. We're still adjusting to two things: (1) Setting the cooking level and time from the inside, instead of on front of the door, and (2) Not being to set the exact time increments we want. For the latter, you press a button that increases cooking time in 10-second increments up to 2 or 3 minutes, then in converts over to 30-second increments. In other words, you cannot press a numeric screen and enter "0:35" (for example)

Great countertop Lg microwave works grate and the size is perfect for the space we had to fill and good value.

Love it ! Very hot!! No problem. Very good and nice microwave, so far. I like it a lot . Cool microwave. Easy to clean it, too.

I like this microwave. It has an interesting way to set the time for your meals. It has a touch pad slide that you move your finger back and forth till you get to the right time. It does a great job heating the food. About the only negative I would say is that once you get past minute 4, it only increases the times in 30 second increments.

Very good product. Controls take some time getting used to but after awhile very simple to use. Be careful when heating foods. Had a different 1000 watt microwave before and the LG heats food much quicker so lower your cook time when first using. Overall I like this microwave.

Love this sleek looking microwave we have it installed in our island and doesn’t have a clunky look and easy to use!

This is a great microwave. I love the size. My glass cookware fits inside without hitting the sides as it rotates. The sensor cooking took me a bit of time to trust because it takes longer to cook than if I would have just randomly selected a time, but just believe in it and your food will come out perfectly heated. I did miss having actual numbers to push, but I’m over it now. I would buy this microwave again and recommend it to my very picky family members.
