So far I’ve had a generally positive experience with the LG NeoChef. Food has cooked quickly and evenly. The lack of a standard keypad takes a bit getting used to. I like the ability to set a cook time by swiping or pressing Start to cook in 30 second increments. And I like the clean looks of the front. However, this means that you have to open the door to access buttons for any other functions, including setting a timer.

This microwave is the best I have ower and has awesome features that make heat and reheating super easy

Size doesn’t Matter with this thing. Cook’s everything well. Fan does blow hard so anything that steams will look like a tornado in the microwave. Touch feature is very cool

Had to upgrade after the old microwave failed. Checked a number of models, always have good experiences with LG and decided this one fit the bill. A bit larger than my last one but works well. Like the light inside. Not used to opening the door by a handle (normally a button) but getting used to it.

This is the first LG appliance I've bought. It's so intuitive and sleek looking that I'm planning to replace my frig stove and dishwasher with sleek LG appliances

This mircowave is great it's pretty big too and simple to use

Had it for about a year now. I enjoy the popcorn feature. Out of 24 bags of popcorn made, the popcorn button only burnt 2. Easy to clean and after a year it still looks brand new!

I have now had this for a little over a year and use it daily. Awesome microwave, it reheats pizza without making the crust tough as leather. It pops popcorn leaving only 3 or 4 kernels unpoped and never scorches the popcorn. It reheats meats without drying it out. And it is so easy to clean, wipes up easily with a little dish soap on a towel. Thinking about getting it's baby brother for the office.

This is a very powerful microwave that has several great functions and a cute sing-song finishing tone.

As an older person, I read the manual and leave it out for reference. Sensor Cook works! As does Pocorn! I would rather have a numeric input pad for time but the slider works. All in all, a powerful microwave that fits in our kitchen.
