    I have now had this for a little over a year and use it daily. Awesome microwave, it reheats pizza without making the crust tough as leather. It pops popcorn leaving only 3 or 4 kernels unpoped and never scorches the popcorn. It reheats meats without drying it out. And it is so easy to clean, wipes up easily with a little dish soap on a towel. Thinking about getting it's baby brother for the office.

    Microwave was perfect size but less than two years of using the screen won't work or keep giving you an F-3 error that keeps beeping even after clear/stop.

    Had to upgrade after the old microwave failed. Checked a number of models, always have good experiences with LG and decided this one fit the bill. A bit larger than my last one but works well. Like the light inside. Not used to opening the door by a handle (normally a button) but getting used to it.

    January 2026 and the microwave not heating. Found out factory warranty expired after 1 year. But it covers the microchip that's causing it not to heat.

    Great microwave. Sleek and fits perfectly in my kitchen cabinet. I like that there are no coils inside so any food splatters can be easily cleaned up. It's a bit of a learning curve with not getting to punch in buttons for a specific time. But we've gotten around it by just pressing start multiple times. There are more functions to this that we haven't gotten to try out yet.
