Overall, it is a great microwave. The design is such that your main controls are on the inside of the microwave. Unfortunately, I like to be able to have a little more control over the exact amount of time i want my microwave to cook my food. They mainly have 10 second increments. Minor inconveniences, but overall I am satisfied.

This microwave does what it is supposed to do, it reheats food. I use sensor reheat most often with great results. I wished it would say something meaningful on the menu instead of reheat -1 through -5. You have to refer to the manual to find that -3 is to reheat a plate of food. Otherwise no complaints. the chimes are nice as well.

The microwave works great. I love the size, not too bulky and clean.

This microwave is sleek and modern. Heats food perfectly. Would highly recommend. The only small thing to get used to is how to enter cook time using the slider and that there are no 5 second increments only 10.

Inexpensive and works greats! High power = quick cooking and warming up leftovers.

Great microwave, replaced a different brand that lasted 5-6 years. Super powerful, and the sensor reheat works perfect. A tune plays unlike the beep of a typical microwave when it finishes. It doesn’t bother us at all, but check the web to hear for yourself.

Excellent replacement for an aging Sunbeam Microwave. Nice looking and well made. Controls are activated through gas front door. Nice feature but front glass can get smudgy from wet fingers. Thats the only complaint.

The merchandise is wonderful. The service and knowledge of the product was very disappointing. And due to the huge mistake with my purchase I will not be shopping with Best Buy or will I refer others. To date I have purchased a lap top received Great service. 2nd purchase are the items I’m reviewing. Microwave, coffee pot and blender I’ve decided to go else where for my refrigerator and range.

It has a spacious inside and easily fits on top of my counter. The screen it touch screen so it's convenient to just tap and it will heat your food.

We were in the market for a specific size microwave to fit in our island. We bought this on the basis of the reviews and so far it hadn't disappointed. It trashes a few days to get use to not having a number key pad. But you get use to how it works pretty quick. The sensor cook has worked great, as well as the defrost. The We're happy with the purchase.

The oven is easy to use. It has done a good job on whatever I have cooked or heated.

We have had this microwave a month now and really like it. The young employee who waited on us was very helpful and made sure we knew about the microwave and what was available.
