Excellent job is doing easy to operate looks nice aprox 6 week we are happy

has sensor settings after opening the door great for quick re-heats but mostly, just hit the button on door 3 times for coffee, tea or just a cup of hot water. sensor setting for popcorn is right on cooks perfect. took a day to get used to non-standard set up and wished I could change the tone tho - the ol daw la dee hooo soft tone is difficult to hear a room away

Very happy with this machine. It's easy to operate and working well. The automatic cooking button for vegetables works great. The feature I like most is that it will continue to beep every 30 seconds when something is done. So many times I've heated something and then forgotten it was in there. The reminder beep saves me! Would buy again.

Overall great microwave No issues at all Big enough to use a popcorn bowl which is awesome.

I was really hoping for more with this unit and though I do appreciate the inverter technology, the lack of ability to just punch in numbers but rather having to go in increments of 10-30 seconds with the "+" or "-" buttons leaves something to be desired. Unfortunately in less than 4 years the digital display has an error where it's not fully displaying the number completely. I have a GE alarm clock that's 25 years old at this point and it's still working like a champ. The fact that this unit hasn't even lasted 4 is extremely disappointing for the price point. When I contacted customer support they were anything but helpful. I see now why people don't purchase LG devices because the quality is lacking and support is even worse.

I enjoy how sleek this looks. I enjoy the pleasing sound it makes when food is ready. But that's about it. When people come over they can't figure it out and need to be shown. There is a specific button order needed to use the inner control buttons for anything other than "go". The sensor cook makes no sense. For a 250$ microwave and you can't turn off the "beep" sound and there is no "butter soften" option. BUT the real issue is here at 14 months old it bricks. F - 11 error code. Thank goodness for geek squad protection!

This LG Microwave has many features that make using the microwave fast and efficient. It is well worth the price. Easy to use, easy to clean and has a phone app to trouble shoot problems, if they arise. I have never had to use that function.

Overall, this microwave performs well. It cooks food and defrosts evenly and the musical tones it uses are preferable to the obnoxious buzzer from other microwaves. I have a few quibbles with the design, however. Firstly, the turntable support slips out of place often and re-seating the turntable is not as quick and easy as it should be. Secondly, the convoluted system for auto-cooking is ridiculously complicated and you must have the manual handy just to look up simple cooking techniques. Thirdly, I cannot figure out how to set it to time for a period and then begin cooking. This is a big drawback for me, as I used that feature on my old microwave daily, so that all of the dishes I prepared would be ready at the same time. I have only had the appliance for about two weeks, so I may get accustomed to it, but as of now, I hate the controls and find the manual maddening.

I paid more in hopes that the product would be reliable; it has a 10-year warranty. I found that the turntable is noisy and the timer increment is limited to 10 seconds.

Best microwave that I have ever had, and easiest to use. High watt so I do have to be careful for heat control. or things do overcook. My husbands favorite feature it the Popcorn button...comes out perfect every time, with very few kernels left up-popped in the bag. Very easy to use, and love the little tunes it plays when it is done cooking. I would purchase it again.

Awesome, awesome, awesome! This is one of the best microwaves I’ve had. The power is amazing, we’ve cooked steaks and other goodies in it. The popcorn setting is spot on and now I’m not burning my popcorn.
