Replaced our fifteen year old microwave with this one. Should have done it long ago. This thing cooks very fast and evenly. The done dinger is a pleasant sounding one, which is a nice difference from some others that are nasty sounding. Some of the controls are hidden under the door... sort of. But that is not troublesome once you get used to it. The basic controls are right on the front door, so it is easy to load and go.

Love it!!! it is very nice looking…blending in with my black appliances and kitchen decor! Very roomy.. all my baking dishes fit perfectly for microwave cooking. It is very fast and I love the touchscreen option and so affordable!

I bought this one too for my store and placed it in the break room for store associates. They all loved it and said its fancy and does an excellent job for food.

We love this very pretty microwave. We had a very expensive one previously which just died after 2 years. This LG was very reasonably priced and has great features.

Works a lot differently than the old one but not that hard to catch on to. Nice done time sound. Much less annoying than the beep beep!

I really enjoy the quick start option. Very clean looking front and easy to use.

We realized we needed a microwave with more power. We had the same type oven in 900 watt size, but it just wasn't heating fast enough. This is its big brother, works just the same, but heats very fast by comparison. All the controls and operations are identical to the previous one, and the little tune it plays when it's done is delightful

Excellent product. Easy to use and size allows various sizes of dishes.

We bought a Panasonic Microwave from Amazon. It just seemed cheap. The door wouldn't close. We returned it. (No problem with reimbursement) Went to Best Buy so we could see the device. the LG is a much more substantial microwave, and works very well. Only issue is getting used to the slider control for setting cook time and count down timer.

Cooks well and very evenly. Love the chime instead of the same old beep. Great that it reminds me of minute of standing time has elapsed. Power levels great as well. Thought I would miss the key entry pad - but no I like the way this machine does much better.

Just the right size for space allowed and matched other appliances

Needed a counter microwave. Checked out the reviews and pricing matched budget, so picked up. Simplest set up, (take out of box and plug in). Tricky thing with this microwave than previous microwaves is that you plug in the settings when door is open. Can set up timer with door still open and closed. Works great so far and would recommend.

Stainless microwave simple design is good. Works well but I think it is overpriced

I like the overall size of the unit. It's big enough to hold a good sized plate. I also enjoy the ingenuity of the microwave. I've never seen on before where you use a slider to set the time.
