A good machine, but controls and programming are difficult. To get to a lower power you have to press-press-press. Times are incremental at 10 second intervals. To get to a longer time, again, you have to hold down the button and it goes so fast, you have to usually go back and forth to get to the desired time.

I love my new LG microwave. The best thing about it is that it is so much quieter than the last microwave we had. It also cooks faster than any other we've had.

It is really hard to find a decent microwave! After a lot of searching, the reviews for this one convinced me to try it. So far I absolutely love it. I've had it for almost two months. Still waiting to see if it will hold up well, but I love the features, and the little tune it plays when it is done cooking. The controls take a little getting used to, but they don't bother me at all. I highly recommend.

Easy to use, especially the 30 sec aspect. The volume of the tones that indicate the heating or timer is done are too quiet for my folks with hearing issues in the next room, though. Dial up for timing vs punching in numbers takes a bit to get used to. Overall, happy with my purchase.

Great looking powerful microwave with one huge issue. The microwave doesn't vent the steam and water collect on the inside of microwave. My advice is to shop around for a different microwave. Regret this purchase.

This purchase was for our Grandson who began College and was also employed so not a lot of spare time for eating out or spending money for food. This Microwave was an important tool in a You mans life to live efficiently and conservativly. The NeoChef1.5 is perfect fit for a small apartment and a big appetite.

I've had this microwave for 2 weeks & am very pleased with its design and operation.

We had a microwave that lasted nearly 25 years. It was very weak, so it took some time to adjust to this new microwave. It's so nice to not have to waste a bunch of time waiting on food to heat up and this unit does a wonderful job heating items evenly. My favorite part is the pleasant little tune it plays when the cook cycle has completed, especially that it stops as soon as you open the door.

1100 watts lots of power. Stylish and sharp. It's a great product with a 10 year warranty too.

We needed to upgrade our microwave from a great bachelor compact 700W microwave. After looking at reviews and wanting to upgrade to a mid-range 1250 watt microwave we picked this one. It is twice as fast and more size for larger dishes. My wife loves it and I think its great. I bought the 4yr plan as microwaves are hit or miss. Also no problems with it at all so far... Hope it holds up a long time
