Excellent size works great heat stuff fast love the the timer button

This looks slick and modern for the modern kitchen and it works perfectly

I did a lot of research before buying this microwave. Our previous microwave died randomly (and explosively!) just before guests arrived so it was fast research, but pretty thorough. I was willing to spend much more but this model has everything we need at a reasonable price, from a solid brand. More expensive models only seemed to add reported issues from customers. I was thrilled that Best Buy carried them 8 minutes away from our house (and did an excellent & appreciated curbside delivery due to covid!). I was concerned at the lack of a traditional keypad, and warned everybody... but it simply hasn't been an issue. Almost all uses are done in increments of 10 seconds anyway, and if you really need that 7 second boost you can just stop it early or use a slightly lower power level. The chime is.. Nintendo-ish and amusing. A little loud.. but no complaints. The interior is easy to clean so far as promised. I highly recommend.

This replaced a 13 year old unit whose useful life ended. I researched replacements carefully and chose the LG as the best value and performance. So far it has justified its choice. Controls are modern but could be a little easier to use. Not a deal breaker but less intuitive than older models. Then again , I am an older model too!

Just the right size and is far better quality than the pansonic inverter that lasted 1 day. the handles is a pull on the size and is a better method than pushing a button on the front.

Our prior Panasonic microwave gave out on us and we needed to replace it. LG had a good reputation so we got this one. Unfortunately, it was noisy and the controls were not very convenient. We were also concerned that it may break down as the kind of noise it was making sounded similar to the end-of-life sound the Panasonic made that just failed us. As a result we returned it.

It works great! also the black sleek look works great in my kitchen.

bought this to replace my old kenmore which stopped heating up food....lol.it was @ a good price and size...brought it home and set up and started using it...wife had no problem with the newfangled thing ...no key pad out side of door....no problem....the inside light is great...key board no light behind it but hey turn on a light...lol...will keep you posted ....

Easy to use. Attractive. Performs as expected. Would recommend.

Good quality and design is simple and clean. Only gripe is that it doesn’t have a number pad so you can only add time in 10 sec or 30 sec intervals. Other than this, it’s a great product but a little pricey.

Two years ago I was so happy to have a wonderful microwave, now two years later I am not longer happy with it. Few days ago it stopped heating up my food and it is not prepared to buy another one.

Great upgrade from my old .LG provided another reliable product with a clean low profile design. The interface took a bit of time to adjust but I’m happy with its functionality

This is a great microwave. The tone others talked about is no different than other tones used bt all LG products. Also, it is not a cobtinuous tone. It waits about 5 seconds before it beeps again. I highly recommend this product.

I like the clean look to it. The buttons on the inside makes it look simple.

Convenient size. We basically use it for frozen veggies, heading up leftovers and popcorn. It’s never on for more than 6 minutes at a time. Doesn’t the job currently. Easy to clean and the front doesn’t show fingerprints as I would expect. Hoping for longevity and I would feel it was/is an overall good value.

This microwave does a great job while being sleek and attractive.

It seems to work very well. No issues. Nice looking.

It works better than our previous one ever did. Much easier to program.
