Been using for two years. It us a workhorse, just keeps going. Cooks very well as a Microwave oven. Took me a while to learn how to use the controls, but now that I am used to it they make a lot of sense.

Absolutely LOVE THE CLEAN LINES & the door pull instead of the push button that gets dirty!!! And only 2 quick settings on the face of the door & the rest behind the door! Microwaves very fast! Love the look inside & out!!!!

We went looking for a replacement microwave and came home with this LG. What I love about it is the ability to vary the power AND it does this automatically. Also, the design is very sleek with minimal buttons. It is very futuristic looking. One thing to beware of... it doesn't have a full keypad. That was a small learning curve which we have conquered.

Works well so far. Was a bit annoyed there are no quickstart buttons but we’ve become accustomed to the touch screen and it make the front face of the microwave nicer aesthetically. Dropped a star cause there is no way to turn the sound off when the cycle is done. Overall though would purchase again

This microwave is sleek and stylish. It works well and is easy to use.

Needed a microwave to fit a certain space and this meet the dimensions. It works quite well. The controls are a little different in that you don’t enter an exact time on a keyboard,but, 10 sec increments. The auto settings like reheat, thawing by weight, work very well.

Debated between this and the size larger. Love this one! Plenty big enough for a large dinner plate or even a large casserole dish. No reason to go larger. I even like the fact that there is an oven light which comes on when cooking (and not on the larger model), and does not take up as much space. The programming is a bit different, but does not take long to get the hang of it.

I really do like this microwave! There is just a bit of a leaning curve when selecting cooking time on the microwave since there are no number buttons but it was pretty straight forward and most of my family got the hang of it. Also it looks very modern and sleek for being a microwave.

Kickass microwave. Heats up a piece of pizza like nobody's business. Controls are a little funky with the inside the door buttons but it works pretty well once you get used to them.

Easy to use works great. Looks wonderful! Fits in with our kitchen well.

Works well for popcorn, popping most of the kernels at roughly the same time, so you don’t have to burn 1/3 of the bag just to get it 2/3 popped, which is my main criterion for microwave quality. Unfortunately a good, full key pad is the second, but I don’t weight it too heavily, and this one is intuitive enough.

So far this microwave oven is turning out to be a pretty good purchase. It replaced a Panasonic 1.6 cu. ft. inverter microwave oven that suddenly died after just 4 and a half years (stopped responding to any input so it wasn't the magnetron). We also had problems with the door latch on the old Panasonic that seemed to require lots of force to get it to close properly. Not so with the LG NeoChef. It gets frequent daily use in our home, everything works as expected, and it has performed very well with every task we've thrown at it over the past 13 months. A very reliable appliance so far and the sensor cooking features work very well. The Panasonic only had a 5 year warranty on the inverter magnetron so the LG's 10 year warranty was a big selling point for us. We also like the ability to increase or decrease the cooking time in 10 second increments on the fly and the interior light makes it easy to see when something is about to boil over and stop it before it makes a mess. Very happy with this one so far.

LOVE IT AND SUCH A HAPPY LITTLE TUNE. STILL TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT. HEATS EVENLY AND PLAYS A NICE LITTLE TUNE WHEN IT'S FINISHED. IF YOU HAVE STONEWARE AS I DO YOU CANT PLACE IT IN THE MICROWAVE AS THEY ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FROM THE MANUFACTURER BECAUSE THEY OVERHEAT. OVERALL VERY NICE UNIT BUT THEY ARE A BIT HIGH IN PRICE.

I had an older and smaller microwave before I got this one. This mid size microwave is perfect for my apartment. It cooks everything so much faster than my old one. Would still like to have the number pad for selecting time.

I bought this as an open-box item, as I needed a solid microwave for a good price. I’ve been very pleased with this unit, and would consider paying full price for it next time: it is easy to use, has a large capacity, and I enjoy the dimensions, as I needed something for under the counter.
