We bought this microwave in place of the one we had for 15 years. It’s been working great and it’s powerful. I like the push button for 30 secs, easy to warm up tea or coffee. Definitely would recommend this product

We bought this in November 2020 and about a year ago it started to take several (like 3-4 times) to heat up or even cook food. Here we are now Aug 1st 2023, and the numbers in the time box are starting to fade. Literally one of the sticks on the numbers is starting to not illuminate any longer. Disappointed because I thought this would last at least 7-10 yrs, and its not even close.

Moved in to a new home with a spot for an in counter microwave. The microwave was in stock at my local store. It fit perfectly, and is easy to use.

quiet, works well, but need to constantly wipe black glass and ss trim - shows all finger prints, so have to wipe it 2-3 time a day to look clean, they should consider smudge proof surface/coating

I really like the color of this microwave and the large capacity. Be warned that it takes up a lot of countertop space.

First new microwave I've bought in over a decade. This one is truly worth the money. What is impressive are the stored settings for cooking items like baked potatoes or the defrosting settings. They really work.

This particular microwave is very heavy duty and big. I like to use big plates and dishes. This has enough room inside it to fit pretty much any size. Absolute best for family purpose.

It is a great microwave, ours went out no warning so went to some places to find one and Best Buy had the best valve and we didn’t have to wait for one to get in was in stock.

This is a good microwave. It's well designed and easy to use. Several useful features enhance the cooking experience. The question, as other reviewers have noted, is whether it's reliable for the longer term. I bought a previous model LG microwave at Best Buy about 18 months ago. The cooking element failed after about 9 months. LG replaced the microwave, but the cooking element in the new unit failed after about 6 months, when it was out of warranty based on the original purchase date. I bought an extended warranty from Best Buy for this new unit, but hope I don't have to use that warranty.

It has been a good microwave so far. Has only been in use for a couple of weeks.

Very satisfied with this purchase. The size is excellent. There's enough room to microwave several items at once. A real time saver.

Liked the first one. We like this one. This was more expensive because of the black stainless steel. The touchpad is very sensitive, and I like it. Looks nice in its little cubby.

Looks very nice. Very pleased with it so far. Love the black stainless appearance. Dark color on the inside is great, we don’t like white on the inside of a microwave.

Great price. Lots of capacity. Great Best Buy Support. Excellent Warranty. And it looks good. Some of the microwaves look like something my grandmother might have had.
