We had to replace our microwave and chose to go with this model. It has been a pleasant surprise so far. The heating is even and it has worked well. Based on its performance to date it is one we wold recommend.

Second time purchasing this microwave and only because of user error. This microwave does exactly what it is meant to do.

Very glad to have purchased a larger capacity microwave, and I can say that my first LG appliance has not let me down. I continue to be amazed at what fits comfortably in the available space coming from using smaller capacity microwaves previously. As for the cooking of the food, this product truly excels, and does an amazing job. Compared to all of the microwaves I've owned over the years, this one is by far the best of the bunch. I only deducted 1 star (which if possible would only have been half a star) due to the fact that the touch controls are not sensitive enough, sometimes requiring extra presses for it to register.

Love the microwave - only negative is you need to read the manual to understand the sensors but it's very quiet and looks nice

Overall it's a great microwave for the larger size I was looking for. However I wish I could program 2 times (such as defrost followed by cook), and I also wish I could mute the sound if desired.

Bought 2 of these for work to replace old ones. Heats perfectly and the push button for the door is ideal for some many hands touching it daily.

I like the way it signals that it is finished. It is quieter not loud like my old one. The heating element works well also. I haven’t tried everything but i’m satisfied with my purchase.

Surprisingly easy to use and to view what’s cooking. Light weight is great for placement on my countertop but also moves back a bit when I engage the panel by pushing a pad.

I had the same model for 7 years and it finally broke down after all those years of daily use. I expect to get the same service out of this new unit. I do like the fact that they have replaced the loud notification sound with a more subtle one.

This microwave is quiet and effective. It has ending music and cooking light. The (popcorn) sensor works great! And it is not too heavy to move around - very happy with the purchase.

Love love it. Some reviewers hated the music , I actually like it. I also like the fact that if anything is left in the microwave it will alert every few seconds!!!

This microwave is good liking in my kitchen; plus cooks everything I want to; just right Nicest one I’ve ever bought. Plus easy cleaning!! Very happy with this purchase!!

Excellent Microwave, very efficient and powerful. Easy to clean and easy to use.

Very easy to setup and get running in a minute or two. All features are essentially self-explanatory. The larger size platter allows plenty of room for large items like a roast, casserole, small turkey, etc.

So far so good it feels great it works smoothly it plays a little chime which is much more soothing to the ear instead of that old beeping sound
