We needed to purchase a new microwave right away. We viewed this one at the store and then ordered on line. We were a bit skeptical in that there are not a lot of buttons to operate the microwave. In this case,”less is more!” We soon found out that all of the buttons that we were accustomed to were not necessary. This microwave is efficient and cooks, warms, defrosts food perfectly. We love it. It was also easy to assemble in the slide-in wall.

Ok microwave! Popcorn button doesn’t work nicely!

My ancient Kenmore made perfect popcorn for its entire lifecycle! Everything else about this new one is magnificent!

It heats very evenly and quickly. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this to everyone!

So you put 1 minute to heat up and then you put power level 3 for 30 percent and then you hit start. If you just put the time to heat up and start it will automatically go to 100 power level and eventually turn off since its using too much power level to heat up the food.

However, the interior light is not bright enough to see inside to check when coffee is hot and about ready to boil over. Also the fan does not remove much moisture so the door glass fogs over and then you can't see inside. The inside is very well built and has rounded corners that make it very easy to clean.

I went from GE to LG, so a slight learning curve on use of buttons, but all seems great. I had it installed and then I went to fil out my warranty card, but the model and serial numbers are on the back of the microwave!!! My GE had the numbers posted inside of the microwave. So---now, don't know how to submit warranty card.
