The microwave works fine, but I believe there’s a problem. It interferes with the television speakers. If I walk into the kitchen with my Bluetooth earpiece on while the microwave is on it disconnects my Bluetooth earpiece from my phone.

I love everything about this microwave, it heats the food quickly

Our older microwave of 15* years finally died out. We needed to purchase a new microwave right away. We viewed this one at the store and then ordered on line. We were a bit skeptical in that there are not a lot of buttons to operate the microwave. In this case,”less is more!” We soon found out that all of the buttons that we were accustomed to were not necessary. This microwave is efficient and cooks, warms, defrosts food perfectly. We love it. It was also easy to assemble in the slide-in wall.

So far, so good. Only had this item for a few months so giving an honest, complete review is difficult. Do like the easy controls and pleasant chimes. Most microwaves have loud beeping alerts. This one is peaceful. Lighting is nice as well. Sleek clean look.

This packs a punch and warms up things much quicker than our last MW. Has musical notifications, which was a bit a annoying at first but we've grown to enjoy.

Microwave heats evenly & cooks items quickly. Love the exterior & interior finish. I chose to pay a little extra for the black stainless which resists finger prints. I’m glad I did.

Works as advertised great microwave. Great product for the price. Would recommend it.

Replaced a 23 year old GE with this LG one that fit in the same "built in" space in a cabinet. It works nicely except it makes the dimmable LED lights in the next room flicker - some sort of electromagnetic interference I presume. Might need an EMI filter/surge protector on the microwave.

for sure a full size microwave, very nice seems to heat evenly. only gripe I have is I thought the inside light would be brighter because they bragged about it on the site.

This microwave was easy to install and set up. It works and looks great. The only reason I rated it 4 instead of 5 stars is it lacks one step buttons for usual functions like defrost, reheat, popcorn, etc. Instead one has to refer to the manual to know what multiple buttons to push. I suspect with time and use we will learn what to do without the manual.

Received as a gift for Christmas, and it replaced a microwave that is 15+ years old. So far we have been nothing but impressed with this LG microwave. Would recommend.

A good choice I think. It has a large capacity, controls are easy to understand, not too noisy and not too expensive. The sensor reheat and defrost buttons are handy and usually work well. Only thing I don't like is the "LG tune" it plays but I understand you can turn that off if you really hate it.

Bought the small neoChef version over a year ago. The larger version is good. Would like the ability to increase time in increments of 10 seconds rather than 30 seconds.

We had been searching for a microwave for several months when we came across this one. It fit our price range and covered everything we do as a family, which is mostly just reheating food.

I like how reminds you of the food you just cooked, it’s spacious on the inside and not too bulky from the outside. Great microwave

Then unit works great, but temporarily failed less than a year after. It miraculously started working again, but then failed about 1 year 3 months after. I recommend you get at least the 2 year warranty from Best Buy.

My microwave died and I immediately went to the Best Buy website. This microwave was the perfect replacement. It is user friendly and easy to clean.
