I’ve had this for over a year now and it’s the BEST microwave we’ve ever had. The sensor cook setting really works (unlike previous microwaves that say they have a sensor cook but never manage to do the job). I also like the little ditty that plays, telling me when a cycle is done.

The microwave cooking bay accommodates small and large feasts. Similar to other 1200 Watt microwaves, you're not standing around forever waiting for the process to complete. The height is higher than others in it's cooking class. The stainless steel surface was indeed easy to clean and resists smudges. I don't know exactly why it stopped working after 5 months but it was a true workhorse. I would have purchased another one but this popular model is hard to keep in stock.

Great for all daily used functions of a large, powerful microwave. As others suggested, get double sided tape to keep in place on countertop.

I purchased other microwaves of other brands and tested them, but nothing else matches this LG Neochef 2.0. The best test that I could do to check the even heat across the inner tray is to place 2-3 Papad's and see how they get crunchy. No other microwave could do better than LG Neochef

This thing does work- we have it in our recently finished basement. The only reason I give it three stars is because the popcorn button doesn’t work. Why have a popcorn button if it doesn’t work.
