I think the complaints about the door and the jingle are way overblown, aside from the ones that broke of course. Mine is fine and works well. I did have a blemish on the stainless steel model... didn't feel like taking it back so just deal... but I would recommend the Black stainless color... was $50 more when I bought mine so I skipped it, not the diff is only $20.
