So far so good. This one is cheaper than the one with the hidden control panel (which failed on me after 1.5 years...) This one is bigger and was $50 cheaper.

Another great LG product added to our home. It is a perfect replacement for another manufacturers microwave that died way before it should have.

Products works excellent. Quiet and intelligent in operation.

So far it is good. The only issue so far is that it slides on the counter when pushing the button to open the door.

I call it the happiest microwave on Earth because it has a happy jingle for every setting not just the usual "bing." I guess that's an LG branding thing but I think about it every time the unit sings to me. The only thing about the jingle is, other members of the family occasionally find it annoying. There's no way to change it or turn it off. Other than that small thing, It works great. I installed it myself and that was breeze. It fit nicely behind my old trim so that saved me money, about $400.

Nice and big...it does take time to learn how to use it

Purchased this to replace a 12 year old GE profile microwave. We have other LG profile appliances and decided to go with same brand for microwave.

This microwave is huge...plenty big to cook or heat virtually any food item you want. Yes, the musical reminder when the time ends is annoying (and cannot be turned off), but so what? It's a great microwave with this minor inconvenience. Really appreciate the quick 30 second option (push the start button, multiple times as necessary)...rarely take the time to set a specific time. If you're looking for an extra large microwave, this is the one.

This is an excellent microwave! It Cooks very well & I love the sound it makes to alert you when the food is done. It's a little musical chime. Very cute.

Chose this LG microwave because the reviews were pretty good. It's 1200 watts and the color is a pretty black stainless steel. The inside is a dark gray and people mentioned in the reviews that it was hard to see the items that they were microwaving. I don't find this to be true at all, the light that is in there is more than sufficient. I also like the tune that plays when it is ready. Overall, very happy with this LG and glad we got this one.

It fits on the counter without taking up too much space but also has plenty of room to make food.

The microwave was bigger than I expected but it is working out great. There is plenty of room for heating up a whole meal all at once instead of one dish at a time.

Had our old microwave since I'm not even sure when. It was the kind you just typed numbers in and it didn't have preset times attached to each number. It finally kicked the bucket and when I went to get a new one I saw this and fell in love. I also have an LG stove so it was a great match. Got home to use it and was pleasantly surprised when I went to type in numbers to cook, they were just like the old microwave, and also had a preset option as well. Heats up food or drinks phenomenally well. 15/10 would buy again!

We love this microwave. It easy easy to use, clean, and it does a fantastic job. The smart style defrost and food reheat is wonderful. Highly recommend!
