It miraculously started working again, but then failed about 1 year 3 months after. I recommend you get at least the 2 year warranty from Best Buy.

The Absolute Best Microwave Ever!

The sensor cook setting really works (unlike previous microwaves that say they have a sensor cook but never manage to do the job). I also like the little ditty that plays, telling me when a cycle is done.

Only had this item for a few months so giving an honest, complete review is difficult. Do like the easy controls and pleasant chimes. Most microwaves have loud beeping alerts. This one is peaceful. Lighting is nice as well. Sleek clean look.
