I was skeptical of buying it but I love it, works great and so easy to use.

Bought this as a display instore. absolutely nothing wrong with it and it makes my food warm which is a plus.

We haven't had a chance to use this yet because of busy schedules but im excited to replace the old one.

This microwave works as advertised. We have used LG for years and have always been pleased.

I purchased other microwaves of other brands and tested them, but nothing else matches this LG Neochef 2.0. The best test that I could do to check the even heat across the inner tray is to place 2-3 Papad's and see how they get crunchy. No other microwave could do better than LG Neochef

It’s have a very spacious inside. It plays a jingle at the end of the cycle and every 5-10 seconds to remind you.

This microwave can handle all of a family's needs. It has plenty of internal space and it is powerful. Just what we were looking for!

Very happy with this purchase as a replacement for an earlier LG black stainless microwave of similar size and wattage. First, the door opening is much smoother and closing is not nearly as loud. The cooking completion chimes are much nicer...plus the clock stays on by default as LG scrapped the 'power saving' feature. The cooking has been much more even throughout the food in both manual and automated cooking settings. The print proof feature is adequate...but it does not seem to hide as well as the similar black stainless fridge.

Good product. Large enough for any meal. LED lightning makes it easy to see. User friendly with a fun jingle when the door is open and when your meal is ready.

Light weight. Could tip if leaned on. Sensor reheating and cooking really work. High rating from Consumer Reports. Reasonably priced.

I needed a replacement microwave for my mother as hers went bad. This one was the style, size and color we were looking. It seems to working just fine.

Your basic easy to use microwave that has all the basic features and is easy to use what more is there to say?

This is well worth the money...and reasonably priced. Heats food thoroughly and plays a little tune when done.

Just bought this for my daughter... she loves how much “simpler “ this one is compared to her old one... plus we still have ours 8years now same model...!

This LG microwave is very clean and nice looking. It has a really good size cooking capacity. Overall very happy with this purchase.
