It has so far done all I asked of it. The touch button interface works perfectly. As regards some of the other comments that the "done" chime is very annoying, I strongly disagree. The chime is not very loud, and only chimes once. The Samsung that this replaced had a "done" beep that was very loud and beeped 5 times; now that was annoying. I am completely satisfied with this oven so far.

Just set the time and the power and hit go. However the popcorn sensor works very well.
