I particularly like the fact that it did not have a lot of buttons, did not have all of the confusing presets so minty microwaves have. Just set the time and the power and hit go. However the popcorn sensor works very well.

I like the large size to accommodate large meals and family size frozen entrees. Very pleased with the product.

The microwave works great. We've been running ours for over a year now with no real issues. The only problem is that a setting was changed on it and Im not sure how to change it back. if I really had the time to figure it out I would, but it would be nice if the screen gave me some clue as to what I needed to do.

I purchased two of these for our new office (probably way more than I needed). They're used constantly. All works well. No complaints at the moment.

We purchased this unit to replace a similar LG which, after many years of dependable service, began to fade on us. The unit is built into the wall in the kitchen, and after removing the old one, I was amazed to find this unit - after a number of upgrades I am sure - was a perfect match for the old one. All the trim and covers went back together perfectly. The new unit was very reasonably priced, and is quite a bit more powerful than the old unit. All in all, we were MOST satisfied.

Had this microwave in our last house and really like it so it was an easy decision to buy another one for our new house.

Just got the microwave and I like the ability to rotate a 9 x 13" casserole, note: one of our two work, the other is a little too large. The unit looks great, I like the curved inside as it should be easy to clean. The microwave heats evenly.

This is a nice little gem.. doesn’t take a lot of space. My kids use it easily for their popcorns.
