The day i went in initially i couldn't get sales associate. But the lady(employee) who came over was very helpful.The microwave is working great, its been over a month, i have no complaints thus far.

Larger than normal, quick cooks @1200 watts, and my husband's favorite part of it is the musical timer! Never saw that on a microwave before! Now there is actual dancing in the kitchen!
