This microwave looks good and works as expected. The buttons can be a little tough to press at times, which can be frustrating.

This microwave is perfect. The sensor cooking/reheating works great! The big test for me was how well does it make popcorn. All you have to do is press the popcorn button, then start, and it makes every bag perfect! Thats a win for me lol!

This microwave works really good for the family. We can now warm food in larger containers. Thus, a very effective appliance overall

Oven is satisfactory. Would like to have been able to program multilevel cooking, but this microwave doesn't allow you to perform this function. Has some presets, but not completely satisfied with this. Tried cooking rice, using the 'rice' preset. When cooking time was completed, rice was too moist. I returned it to the microwave and cooked longer, but the preset didn't cook it thoroughly as was expected. Other than that, it is a good microwave. Also, no presets for anything over 1 minute.

Love it. It's large enough to cook dinner plates and large family dinners and has enough power to do it in less time

Finally found a microwave to fit a 9 x 13 pan. Cooking times much faster that waiting for the oven to preheat.

Works great. All the functions are self explanatory and easy to use. We are comfortable even letting the kids use it regularly.

This is actually a 4.5 to 4.75 rating. We purchased this to replace a Panasonic 1250 W 2.2 Cu. Ft. unit that died on us after 6 years of use. This unit has all the same features as the old on except that this one has a touch keypad and the Panasonic had a touch dial and is slightly smaller. Also this unit is 1200 W (versus the 1250 W of the Panasonic), not the 1350 W as stated in the product Specifications. The wattage difference is the reason for the rating being less than a full 5 stars.

This is a large size which will fit almost any dish. Multiple heating options, works great. Black stainless steel finish is very nice.

Very good big inside confort for cooking, easy clean

Wow! We’ve had this for almost a year and a half now and I have not one complaint. The sensor reheat and heat are still working great. My one criticism would be that when you defrost meats sometimes it cooks instead of defrosts but that’s just something you have to get used to. I just don’t defrost in it and all is well. Reheats foods to perfection almost every time .
