I purchased this to replace another LG unit that went bad after six years. It looks more modern than many of them. I looked and looked to see if I could find one that was Smart in terms of tech and connectivity, but it seems microwaves have not really changed much in the past few decades. So far, this one has worked fine. The lighting is a little dim when it is cooking and you look through the glass, but not bad.

Awesome microwave well worth the price and easy to clean. Also sings the song of its people too!

LG Is great; we love this microwave - ours actually went out within about 7 month but LG Warranty department was very easy to deal with and we got a refund on buying a replacement for the same microwave! I will continue to buy LG Products of all kinds! and I love the SONG it plays when time is up!

We've had this microwave for about a month and it works great. It cooks as you'd expect. The quality made by LG is great. Our only complaint would be it doesn't have a clock. People complained about the ring reminder if you don't open the door once your food it cooked. Who cares??? It's reminding you to get off your bottom and get your food while it's still hot.

Love my new microwave. We lost our first one in a fire, this one is much better!

So far everything seems to be going well. The chime when the cycle is finished is so much more pleasant to hear than the beep that was on my old microwave. The sensor feature has provided perfect baked potatoes every time and does well on bacon also. I look forward to trying more of the sensor features as I become more acquainted with my new appliance. Keeping it clean has been effortless.

I really like the black stainless color. I liked the way it operated, very similar to the 27 year old microwave it replaced.

We love this microwave, especially the song it plays when the timer runs out. It's super powerful!

I purchased this Family Size 2.0 LG Microwave. After you've read the direction its easiest to operate using function keys is a whiz 1 touch sensor controls. Defrosting evenly from frozen solid to minutes later evenly defrosted very quickly. My favorite button is the Sensor reheat I use this from reheating a cup of coffee to heating a piece of pizza excellent function keys. Looking foward to learning new recipes with my LG Microwave. Excellent Product So Far.

We have a large family so this microwave runs a bunch of times during the day. I like the led light inside to see it running. Has a pleasant chime when the meal or defrost is complete. I haven't found anything I dont like. In the past 2 years went through 5 GE's 2.0 (black one Lowes carries)and one 2.1 whirlpool. The whirlpool I liked but the paint coating on the interior inside the door peeled causing sparks. Purchased jan 2020

I purchased this as a replacement microwave oven for home. I decided to upgrade in features, expecting it to work a little better. I was wrong, and this oven's features and quality exceeded expectations. This oven cooks more evenly and faster than other ovens we've had through the years, the rounded interior space is helpful, and for the first time in my life; a popcorn setting that actually WORKS! Very happy with this appliance.
