I bought this to replace the same exact Microwave I had purchased in August 2019 that was not working. Best Buy could not repair and referred us to LG directly since 12/2019 still have not received a refund of $200.00. So what do I say, yes the one I have is great, however wished Best Buy would have taken better action regarding refund owed from LG.

The LG family size microwave is ideal for our family. It works great and looks great, too!

Bought as a replacement for previous microwave. The previous microwave's turntable glass plate cracked/broke while microwaving for no apparanent reason, first time I ever had a turntable glass plate break. Replacement turntable was too expensive compared to purchasing a new microwave. This microwave is 0.2 cu smaller but I have not noticed any problem with the slightly smaller size. So far it has worked well and not given us any problems.

Nice microwave. Does the job. Is big enough to fit a large space above installed oven.

This is the best microwave I've ever owned. It heats food very evenly where as in the past I had to warm foods items separately. It is also very efficient, so start off using less cooking time until you figure it out. It's easy to over heat items at first. It's also very attractive and looks great in my wall mounted with the trim kit.
