The second one4 is fine so far, but the first one had damage and quit working right after we tried it. You should have better packing on the box. there is no room for any impact, so you get ten or twenty less microwaves in the sea can, if you do not have any damaged ones you already won, with happy customers.

So far so good. Easy to use and makes a pleasant chime when complete.

Definitely had to read the book! It's going to take some time getting use to the microwave, but I do like it. Very modern. Some complained about the chime instead of the regular buzzer but I find it nice for a change. Even though I noted the measurements before I purchased it seemed bigger than I thought it would be. Overall I'm very pleased with the purchase so far. It cooks a lot faster than my old microwave and has a good appearance on my counter.

This microwave is a great bargain. It is also unique in its appearance. The inside is a medium grey.

We've had our microwave for a little over a month and it's been working great! We haven't had any issues and I expect it to last us for some time. I love the reheat sensor feature, it works just like I would expect!

I bought this to replace the same exact Microwave I had purchased in August 2019 that was not working. Best Buy could not repair and referred us to LG directly since 12/2019 still have not received a refund of $200.00. So what do I say, yes the one I have is great, however wished Best Buy would have taken better action regarding refund owed from LG.

When we put something inside and turn it on, what's inside gets hot. Good microwave
