You should have better packing on the box. there is no room for any impact, so you get ten or twenty less microwaves in the sea can, if you do not have any damaged ones you already won, with happy customers.

Microwave without a clock

The issue is with the clock, one week after we bought it, the clock stopped working. Since we got it on sale and it does what it supposed to do ...decided to keep it. Would not buy it if not on sale

Product was pristine and works very well. The "song" it plays when done is interesting, but is also plays again if you forget to remove contents which is helpful (yes, I left a baked potato in overnight once..lol) Only down item is it's stainless so has to be cleaned often since it's a touch keypad but no big deal as my fridge is too.

Purchased it to replace my smaller LG NeoChef that died due to a stray power surge. The only thing I don't like is that this model doesn't feature the "Add 10 seconds" button the other model had.
