I like the size and features of this Microwave. Quiet & efficient. Overall a great unit!

Great product. Quiet and works well. A little more to figure out on how to use.

Unit was an Open Box, but perfect. savings bought a 4 year warranty. Product was pristine and works very well. The "song" it plays when done is interesting, but is also plays again if you forget to remove contents which is helpful (yes, I left a baked potato in overnight once..lol) Only down item is it's stainless so has to be cleaned often since it's a touch keypad but no big deal as my fridge is too.

This is a beautiful looking appliance. I like it very much. The price was right. My only issue is that after a few months the plate started shaking uncontrollably and I could not understand what caused it. I left it out for about 3 days and put it back and it didn't do it again. It was a little annoying. However the quality of the heating is excellent.

The LG NeoChef is a very good microwave oven. Quality of build seems to be very good. It has 7 sensor cook settings. The problem is you have to look in the manual to see what each one cooks. Example: If you want to make some baked potato's, you either have to go to the manual to see it is sensor cook 6, until you memorize all of the settings. It heats very evenly and is high quality.

Absolutely love this microwave. It was a great buy and the gray interior was such a pleasant surprise. Hopefully this microwave won’t turn that dingy yellow all the white interiors turn. Even though this says counter top it can be used as a built in unit as well which is how we are using it.

Got this on sale...overall it’s a nice size and functions as advertised. The issue is with the clock, one week after we bought it, the clock stopped working. Since we got it on sale and it does what it supposed to do ...decided to keep it. Would not buy it if not on sale

This microwave surely does heat items up fast and quick. Love the heating pre-set options its programed with.
