However, the chime that signals that it is done, while cute the first time gets old quickly when family members take their time removing their food. We have read the manual through and there doesn't seem to be a way to disable it.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The LG - NeoChef cooks the food all the way through, and works really good...The only complaint that I have is that the light inside of it is not protected against grease, water or any other harmful waste , also so I have to hold the microwave because when I push the door open, the microwave slides back a bit, other than those two things it's Alright, I would Recommend It.

Other than that, controls are convinient, reheat is even, power is sufficient. I would recommend it.
