I had to replace my whirlpool that was only 3 years old. It has been an amazing replacement so far. I love the music it plays also and that it keeps reminding you if you forget to get the food out.

It was a great buy and the gray interior was such a pleasant surprise. Hopefully this microwave won’t turn that dingy yellow all the white interiors turn. Even though this says counter top it can be used as a built in unit as well which is how we are using it.
