We have had no issues or concerns. Has amazing heat times and heats food thoroughly.

Like I was able to fit a whole Medium pan pizza in the box lol it literally can defrost and cook food. So much to this it as well worth every penny

Great Oven, Trash Documentation

Downside is that the manual is trash. The method to cook at reduced power doesn't work anything like the manual says. I had to piece it together via trial and error.
