They helped get it in the car for her. She got it home, unboxed it and fired it up without any problem. (Other than setting the clock). It has worked great and I like the new timer alert and it cooks popcorn sooo much better without any wasted kernels!

We liked the looks and it fit into the wall mount kit for our failed Kenmore. But, we had issues with turntable noise within the first few weeks with the first one, and the second one (a replacement) had the same problem right out of the box. The manufacturer had no options for us other than returning it. I ended up sourcing another turntable motor online that had better internals. It worked perfectly and doesn’t chatter like the original. After the memory faded of getting it working as it should, we really like it. The variable power works well for avoiding overheating food or defrosting. Because of the trouble to make it function as it should and no solution from the manufacturer, I have to rate it down.

The only reason I knocked it down a notch is that the door open button is a little hard to use. If you don't press on the left edge it does not open well. There are dots there to tell you that but it is a large button and all too often we press in the middle.
