This is the first LG microwave I have ever purchased. So far, I'm very happy with how it works. I had a Panasonic and will NEVER buy that brand again. Hope this one lasts longer than 3 years! The only thing I don't like about this LG is that when you change the power level is does not show what level your using in the little window. The customer service at Best Buy was FANTASTIC!

We have now used our LG microwave for 3 weeks. So far everything has worked as it should and we are pleased with the performance. The interior light is bright, chime is different but causes you to grin. Wish control pad was backlit. Would recommend product. Slowly replacing kitchen appliances so they are all LG.

Delivery time excellent. condition received excellent. Unit has a lot of power and cooks fast. Push button door operation is not convenient nor easy to use. Interior is dark gray and not my preference. Not as many features as some others, but I don't need them. Cooks TV dinners, boils water, makes popcorn well.

Our old microwave died just after the "Stay at Home" restrictions due to the coronavirus went into effect. We knew we would be depending on our microwave more than ever and Best Buy came to the rescue. They were open for online order take outs at our local Best Buy store and we picked it up within several hours of ordering it. It has performed well!

Cooks everything to perfection, heats and defrosts food without ruining it

I was hesitant about this but it works perfect. The auto sensor heating is not to my liking but it works.

On the delivery end, make sure to handle packages a little more carefully. The box that my item came in is kinda beat up. However, Item is good and works as expected.

Good so far but annoyed by the keypad. I find the keypad to be hit-or-miss in recognizing my key press. It often takes multiple attempts to get the key press recognized, it doesn't seem to matter if I press lightly or firmly. Otherwise, it is a fine microwave. Nothing outstanding about it and other than keypad, no big short-comings.

Great looking and working microwave. Has a nice grey interior and lots of room.

This microwave was a replacement for our old one we had for over 10 years. We picked it because it was a good deal and a bit larger than our previous model. But one thing we noticed is interruption of our WiFi signal to phones and laptops. I am using a Nighthawk Wifi Router and din't have the issue with the previous microwave and the physical locations have not changed.
