    This is the first LG microwave I have ever purchased. So far, I'm very happy with how it works. I had a Panasonic and will NEVER buy that brand again. Hope this one lasts longer than 3 years! The only thing I don't like about this LG is that when you change the power level is does not show what level your using in the little window. The customer service at Best Buy was FANTASTIC!

    So far it has worked great. We had to reduce the times slightly on cooking items as this unit has more power than our last one. But overall it has worked great. The only thing I wished it had was a silent option as the done chime music is a little annoying.

    Our microwave died in the middle of much going on in our lives. With the lockdown being in full swing it was great to be able to order online and pick up outside the store. This microwave is still working well and we are thankful to know when we need something we can look around and still find the best price at Best Buy.

    Song is not as bad as some reviewers suggest. Does go off when you leave the item in the microwave. Sensor cooking works very well for items if you use the suggested numbers. So far, no problem with door opening mechanism,

    I moved into a house without a microwave so I needed to purchase a countertop one. This microwave cooks evenly and plays nice music when done. I haven't used any of the advanced features, but if you need a nice quality countertop microwave this one is very good.
