Exceptional microwave oven and especially like the sensor cook option. I like the The dark gray interior didn’t think I would. Much prefer to the stark white bright light version of microwave. Love the many options. Would repurchase.

I think it is better than my last one as it is much bigger.

I had to return the first unit within the first few days after the purchase. It made a chattering sound from the turntable. The problem appeared to be in the turntable drive motor. I returned the unit to Best Buy, and received another unit (same type) without problems. The second unit runs great. Nice microwave.

I love this microwave! I am happy that I can view the inside when it is in use - my old one the door was too dark. The settings are not complicated, the interior is large, it cooks evenly and the tone of the chimes is pleasant! I am very happy with this purchase

Microwave works fine, only complaint is that the start button is somewhat hard to get to work. The buttons do not stick out you just press where the words are and you have to hit the start button kinda high on the words in order to get it to actually start. Most of the time I have to try to hit the button multiple times before it will actually start. Would be nice if there was a few options of a bigger microwave made by LG. This one our only option of counter time brands that wasn't super tiny.

Great microwave! Easy set-up with simple and convenient modes and presets. I personally enjoy the chimes for when it’s nearing completion and when finished, but some others find them annoying.

Microwave oven looks good and works very well. The controls are just touch nothing to press hard. The cooking is done easy and everything works and looks well.

My GE microwave died recently. I loved the GE's except this last one was the third one to die on me, each one sooner than the previous one, so I thought I would try an LG. The time cook works quite well and I like the touch panel but I'm very disappointed with the sensor cook and sensor reheat. There are seven settings yet no soup setting. The sensor cook tends to overcook. The sensor reheat is a joke. The sensor reheat on the GEs had just one setting; you just pushed one button and it just simply worked and worked well. On the LG, there are five sensor reheat settings and all of them tend to undercook. I've found time cook is far more reliable.

The microwave is large n works fabulously, I would highly recommend it.
