Great product, appearance, smart features and functionality.

The second lasted about 2 uses.. So far the 3rd one has been working for a month. The BB guys insist this is a good microwave.. luckily I had the GeekSquad protection. If this one dies, its time to move on.

With smart technology you can call LG and they can tell you what is wrong over the phone. Unless... it is over a year since you purchased it and in that case they would not even help us over the phone. They gave us a number for a local LG repairman. That is terrible product customer service and we will never buy LG again. Too bad, it worked well for one year.

Looks nice and has lots of cooking space. The only thing I don’t like is it won’t keep the time correctly. It has a 12hr or 24hr setting and even though i set it for 24 it goes back to the 12 hr setting.

My family of four used it everyday, several times each day for lots of things. This new one is faster and more powerful. The 16" in revolving turntable is reversible. The start button being the top half of the 30 second instant button was a big difference.
