With smart technology you can call LG and they can tell you what is wrong over the phone. Unless... it is over a year since you purchased it and in that case they would not even help us over the phone. They gave us a number for a local LG repairman. That is terrible product customer service and we will never buy LG again. Too bad, it worked well for one year.

Looks nice and has lots of cooking space. The only thing I don’t like is it won’t keep the time correctly. It has a 12hr or 24hr setting and even though i set it for 24 it goes back to the 12 hr setting.

Quite large - I can cook a meal for many people in it. It doesn’t have express cook buttons (the kind where you just press 2 for 2 minutes of cooking time, 3 for 3 minutes, etc.) which I miss, but basically it cooks well, is powerful and very roomy

I would like it a little quieter when closing the door. I have read other raters that find the music irritating but I like it much better than the beeping. You won’t be disappointed with this model.

My family of four used it everyday, several times each day for lots of things. This new one is faster and more powerful. The 16" in revolving turntable is reversible. The start button being the top half of the 30 second instant button was a big difference.

This is toy quality, not something that you would use every day. Why in the world they would under design this using thin cheap plastic parts is stunning. You pay $250 for these things and you expect at least a little forethought be put in to durability. I had to epoxy in pieces to repair and this should have NEVER happened.

It heats very effeciently and like the new sensor and reheat sittings. The chiming tunes it plays at the start and finich are "fun" and whimsical, somehow put a smile on your lips.
