It's a good, powerful, counter-top microwave. It doesn't have a ton of features, but that's fine for me; I never use ll that stuff anyway. The only downside, which doesn't bother me, but it does bother many people online, is the tune it plays when your food is done. It sounds like you're playing Leisure Suit Larry, and it cannot be turned off.

We have owned ours for roughly one month. It is a good looking machine and does everything it needs to. It was much larger than we expected but no complaints!

Recently purchased to replace our third microwave since 1977. Taken care of, these appliances can last a long time. The convenience of microwave can't be beat when you don't have time to do your magic in the kitchen. So many recipes made easily when you have a reliable kitchen appliance. Love it.

We have had this microwave for about a month. It works well - cooking, defrosting & reheating. The only thing that takes getting used to is the chimes that tell you cooking is done...is is a little song. A bit more than I really wanted - a single tone would be nice. It does remind you if you leave something in the microwave after cooking...this is a great feature.

Large microwave. Works well. It has the first popcorn setting I’ve had in a microwave that actually works. The sensing is good and cleanup is easy. We like the happy tune it plays when food is done.

The singing and the noise as the food is spinning really is a bit annoying. However, the first time you toss a bag of microwave popcorn into the microwave and it cooks it to near perfect, the noise is tolerable. Still, 4 out of 5 stars is a gift. The noise actually does get in my nerves.

This unit was easy to install. Directions were helpful.

This a great counter top microwave. Between me and my wife and 3 kids it works great. It is big but that’s why I bought it for my kitchen. My home is 3,600SF and I have a large kitchen and it’s perfect not to big or to small. The reason I’m stating this is because if it was any bigger I wouldn’t had to return it. Yeah no build in microwave but a custom home?

Enjoy using this oven. Easy to understand controls

Easy to set up with the exception of the SS trim ring which is extra and costs as much as the microwave itself. The only annoying element is the cooking complete tone at the end. It's more of a musical tone than a bell or buzz. Seems like all the LG products are that way.

Love the size for my big family. Get the job done.
