This is the 2nd LG-Neo Chef 2.0 Cu Ft. Countertop Microwave I buy. One for my home in Tijuana, Mx. and now this one for my home in Altadena, CA. I love all of the features!

This is a very nice looking unit. It has extra space inside. Warm up out of to go boxes don't get caught while spinning inside. The only thing I have a issue with is the sensitivy to start the micro wave. A more solid button would have worked better. I have to tap about 5 times before it finally reads my finger and starts.

Item or size of dish cooking works pretty good. Make sure it is always lever or the door has an issue opening when you press the release.

I like the turntable in this microwave. My old microwave kept falling off of it’s track. This one stays in place. This microwave is more powerful then my old one and reheats my food quicker.

Bought to replace the exact same model that broke down after five years. Only bought this again because it fits in the existing cabinet and faceplate around the opening. According to the customer service at LG, I should be happy that I got five years out of the previous one and should expect to buy another one in about five years. Previous microwaves have lasted much longer than five years. Add this to the LG dishwasher that also quit working in less than five years and after three repairs.

We bought this unit to replace a 13 year old GE Profile microwave that finally quit working. The unit works well and hope we will get great service out it. We did have to buy the trim kit for the unit and it went in perfect. The price was good as usual coming from Best Buy.

This is a very well priced and very well made microwave.

Works fine, looks good but the on button needs to be used with care. Could be broke possible very easy. Our button needs to be pushed in easywith fear of it sticking on braking.

only minor problem is the door sometimes is hard to open

My old microwave quit working one day so was shopping for a new one and wound up at your store. The salesman was ver helpful and answered all my questions and helped me get itinerary my car. I am very satisfied with my purchase and glad I went to Best Buy.

Previously had a LG Microwave and it lasted a long time. I'm hoping this lasts at least as long.
