This is a very nice microwave; it is large, has a light to see the status of your cooking, and looks great, and does a great job of cooking at high or lower power percent. I also have the trim kit which fits great.

Replaced older version. Needed to fit exactly in hole on wall. Wish they made it "fingerprint free" though. Sounds are nice, programming will take some learning as they do more than just hit the button for a 1 minute warm up

Started with Whirlpool but would not fit my cabinet. Exchanged for this LG because the dimensions worked better. Was also able to use existing stainless vent frame from the old Microwave. So far so good on an LG product but it's only been 4 weeks of use.

The Inverter Technology on this LG model has allowed more ways to properly defrost, cook, and reheat food. Our old microwave was pretty much "put the food in" and ZAP it. I'm sure we'll be able to better utilize all the features of this LG as we continue using it.

I really like this microwave. Its perfect for a large family and everything comes out perfect. I have yet burned a bag of popcorn!

It’s been a year and we use it every day. It’s a powerful microwave. Glad it fit nicely into my built in cabinet.

The microwave does a good job of cooking meals evenly. Most notable example is heating a grilled cheese sandwich hot without making the edges bubble out. I wish it had a silent mode or different chime for when meals are done. Heating breakfast while others are asleep means stopping it at 1 second.

This purchase experience was quick, helpful, and efficient. We love the product so far - it meets all of our microwave needs.

This unit has a full set of features, including smart warming. It also has a general purpose kitchen timer feature (best buy website has this wrong). Easy to setup and use - you don't have to use the fancy features if you just need a basic microwave to warm up fast food or leftovers.

Enjoy easy defrosting with custom defrost function. Just choose from custom defrost menu and input the weight of food, the microwave will do the rest. Or you can simply defrost 1lb. item and the microwave automatically adjusts the time and power.

This is actually larger than i really need, but the opening was cut large in my cabinets. My favorite feature is the sensor reheat, as i use this the most, and is does a good job. Sensor cook is my second favorite, as i had to guess the timing on my old one. The popcorn seems pretty accurate, too.

Good Microwave. Had to return the 1st one, it had a Badly Dented Cabinet... took a while, ten days to finally get my microwave, supposed to be TWO... Only problem was service... s l o w ....

This has been a great microwave for our use. Install & setup was a breeze with NO issues.

It looks great and matched the rest of the lg line of appliances in our kitchen. Having the conrols touch vs buttons like the model it replaced took a little to get use too.

So far it has been a very good microwave. The sensor settings are pretty accurate. It suits my needs so far.

This microwave is amazing! It cooks food so well that it almost tastes as good as coming out of the oven. The only downside is that this unit is huge! If you have a small counter space, you might not want to get it without checking dimensions.

i love this microwave! we didn’t really need a bigger one but i just love hiw i can warm my food all at once! got it as a birthday gift for myself and i am just so proud of this purchase. it sings to you shen done warming too. super happy!

This is a great microwave. Superior in every way to the whirlpool I had for only 2 1/2 years before it broke.

I am very pleased with this microwave. It is larger than I thought, but it works great.
