Microwave works great even after a few years. Heats evenly and have had no issues

We are very happy with the microwave. We looked at all that were on display and this one was the right size for our family. I like that there aren't as many options on the display, we did not use them on our other microwave. I also like black stainless steel.

This replaced one identical that started to act haunted (coming on at odd times by itself). Nevertheless, I like this micowave especially because of the smooth, rounded interior - no sharp corners makes it easy to clean.

This is my first new microwave in more than 10 years. I am delighted with this unit. The sensor function makes using the unit very easy. Foods are always heated perfectly. The biggest challenge was to quit guessing how long and at what power to heat the food. Let the microwave decide and it is great.

I liked it, but it died after 5 months. Fortunately, this happened in less one year, and I'm waiting for my full refund from LG now. However, the pain point is that I have to deal with the dead machine's body. I hope the future one has better quality .

So far so good. Only thing I’ve noticed that would lower the rating is that the key pad Buttons are not sensitive enough. Once in a while depending on which angle I’m pressing the button that, the buttons do not read it correctly

Once I get to use it, it will be a great microwave. I need to add a 20 oz of purpose.

I’m getting used to it. Was not as user friendly as our previous microwave and the enclosed directions were vague and incomplete. Through trial and error, I have figured out most problem, so now all is well.

Beautiful and not too huge microwave. If your hands are wet or if you have any oils on your hand the stainless steel shows it. But if your hand are clean than no issues.

I'm totally recommend because I got one before the same brand LG and I had no issues with it. This is why I bought another one.

This is a great microwave - it has a lot of power and it looks good too! Very stylish! I appreciate the tunes it plays when you press the button or the timer goes off - definitely a modernized version of that OG beep!

Some grouchy folks complained about being annoyed by the "lengthy tune" at the end of the cycle. I think it's cute and different. As an elementary music teacher, I invite them to switch places for a day, and chill out about an 8 second alert.

Easy to install. Great color contrast with easy to use touchpad. The quick cooking and defrost settings are perfectly timed

Excellent microwave, easy to use with a lot of interior space that accommodates our square dining plates (something we had not even considered when purchasing), fast cooking time with consistent temperatures throughout the food. We could not be happier!

It stops working after a short period of a year. Don't recommend

Been absolutely great! The reminder chime is actual pleasant and DOES eventually turn off.

It cooks food! We love the look and simplicity. Our previous model had 1000 buttons, of which we used 12, so I like that they've cut the clutter back!

It seems to work well so far. It's only been a few weeks. The only thing that is slightly annoying is the sound it makes when your food is ready. It's weird but tolerable. I had nearly the same model but older version and have always been happy with it.

We wanted the largest microwave we could find. It's good for big plates. Makes a nice musical sound when things are finished. Good power, heats up food very quickly. Very nice looking with the trim with bought for it! Would definitely refer this product!!!
