I bought this last year and I love it . I replaced it because it stopped heating but I got the same one because it is a very powerful machine. Just get the Best Buy extended protection plan.

Works great. Sounds are not annoying. The only negative is that you must touch start a specific way. I typically have to push it 3-5 times to get it to turn on.

It cooks food! We love the look and simplicity. Our previous model had 1000 buttons, of which we used 12, so I like that they've cut the clutter back!

After a lot of research before buying a new microwave, I made a great choice. We simply love this one, you put it on 40% power that's what you get, not like others putting out 100% power 40% of the time.

Great microwave. Our old LG microwave died. We decided that since we liked our old LG we would give this one a shot. We really like it. We have had no problems and does what it needs to do. I would highly recommend this LG microwave.

I used to own an LG microwave but after many great years of service I had to replace it. I bought a Panasonic...big mistake! Not as many features and very difficult to cook things evenly. After 1 1/2 years I was so frustrated I got rid of it and purchased a new LG. I'm happy again.

Found this microwave after a long search and was an open box purchase. One of the best open box purchases we have ever made. Zero complaints about this microwave.

This is a very efficient microwave. In fact we had to adjust to shorter cooking times but that’s never a bad thing! We use the defrost setting a lot and it does seem to defrost evenly without actually cooking the food as advertised.

This replaced an ancient unit that was left in my home after moving. It does everything you need it to. I don’t really know how to value it over other units that have come out in the last five years but I’m very pleased with it.

Lg is a very nice addition to our kitchen, very happy with it !!

I'm totally recommend because I got one before the same brand LG and I had no issues with it. This is why I bought another one.

The magnetron died after 5 moths. Called LG and they told me they would be sending my money back. 10 days later after I had replaced the unit I was infgormed that it was not a refund, but a voucher to buy another LG microwave, if I sent them the ID tag from the back of the unit. I had already replaced the unit, and disposed of the old one. Needless to say I was out the whole thing. Beware of LG warranty, Very Deceptive.
