Easy to use. Quiet and the music that it plays when it is finished is so much better then the beep from my old one. Large inside. I love it.

Nice finish. I like how it auto senses the popcorn and stops at the right time. My old microwave had a button for quick minutes which I liked. I allowed me to press the button quickly set in 1 minute intervals. This one didn’t have it

This is an interesting microwave. We did not know that it doesn't just beep when it is done. It has a melody when it is done. Also, the pop corn feature produces a perfectly popped bag each time.

Very happy with this microwave. Excellent quality and workmanship. Great value for the money. I particularly like the +30 second feature when you press. Each time you press start it adds 30 seconds which is great for reheating my coffee! Highly recommend.

Since purchasing the microwave, we have been very satisfied with the way it performs. From popcorn, to leftovers, to sweet potatoes, the microwave cooks evenly and quickly. Controls are intuitive and it even sings a little song when your food is done.

This LG microwave was purchased to replace an old Whirlpool unit and fit exactly into the built in area that I needed. It works extremely well has enough features to make it an excellent choice. Well priced at Best Buy. I am a very satisfied customer.

My old microwave died, so.....what to buy? Saw the smart inverter microwave. I like that when you set the power to 50% or 60% you actually get 50 or 60% power, not cycling from 100% power, the off, then 100% power. Food cooks evenly and doesn't burn. Best Microwave ever!!!

This full sized microwave has a great curved interior and an easy to keep clean material (including the microwave "portal" which is cardboard on some brands). I love the inverter power and quiet operation. The melody vs. beep is fine and matches our LG washer. Overall a great purchase.

The magnetron started making an electrical arc sound a year and a half into ownership. Even though it's laser etched into the front of the unit that the magnetron has a 10 year warranty, LG refused to do anything with it, and instead directed me towards local repair shops that would charge me for the full cost of the repair. I understand that I am just one of the unlucky ones that got a bad unit, but man does it sting to have spent so much on a microwave that should have lasted for years only to have it fail after one and a half. What really sucks is that it was an amazing microwave until the failure. So amazing in fact that I'm going to buy another one with a BestBuy protection plan because there's no way that I want to deal with LG directly again.

This was good, but I put in a review on a dryer I bought from y’all and you did nothing about it. It was a dryer with a bubble in the glass door and no one even try to get in touch with me about getting it fixed. It was delivered with the bubble.

The microwave is nice. Looks good. Performs fine. The sensor reheat option doesn't work very well and the glass touch buttons look great but aren't very sensitive so you may need to hit buttons more than once occasionally. Still a 4 star microwave to me.

I went large on this one because I liked the look and features of the LG 2.0 cu. We have had it almost a month now and so far it has been great. Features work well, and time is just right on heating up items.

Worked great for about 7 months and now I am going through the process of having to get it replaced. It just all of a sudden stopped heating and started making a popping/clicking noise. In general, the space inside the microwave is great, but I do wish it had more features to choose from like a softening feature and melting feature for butter and cheese. I just use the defrost for those. Overall, if it was still working I'd probably give it 4 starts. I guess it falls under the category that they don't make things like they used to!

After a lot of research before buying a new microwave, I made a great choice. We simply love this one, you put it on 40% power that's what you get, not like others putting out 100% power 40% of the time.

We have been using these microwaves through out the whole refinery for chevron.

I was excited to use this appliance, yet it was too big for the space I needed, yet didn't realize this until it had been delivered. I had to return it to the store, but only due to its size. I had to purchase a smaller one, which I have enjoyed.

It does its job, everything a microwave is supposed to do. The only con is it's kind of expensive.
