In fact we had to adjust to shorter cooking times but that’s never a bad thing! We use the defrost setting a lot and it does seem to defrost evenly without actually cooking the food as advertised.

I have not tried all the features, but will eventually. Seems easy to figure out.

The push-in door opener can break. Hack... put duck tape over opener section and wrap around side... will keep it working.

Had an issue with first one we bought where the door wouldn't open unless you hit the button just the right way. Returned and got a new one with no issue.

This was a great choice. I like the idea that fingerprints don't show. I really the reheat button it works great heats foods just perfect. Overall a great choice.

Then after using the door repaired itself. Don't like the tune after heating and when opening and closing its just LOUD
