We liked the form, finish, and functions. Felt the size, power, and looks were worth the higher cost and LG is usually a solid brand. Unfortunately, the magnetron went out after 8 months and without much warning. Could be a fluke thing, yours might last. One major complaint, other than the untimely demise, is no mute feature for what could be described as a long and annoying ring tone of an end chime. Loud, obnoxious, and unnecessary. Add a quiet option and a working magnetron and we would be very pleased today

Powerful. Needed a new one and glad I went with this microwave. Good build quality.

Has a light that comes on when the door is opened and while cooking. There are a minimum amount of buttons which to me is good and yet the extended functions are easy to select.

The microwave is just perfect. It lets you know when it is ready, it will have a beep sound to let you know to come and get your food. It has a lot of space inside and different foods that you can cook inside of it.

POWERFUL. We saw this microwave at our local BB. This thing is simple and straight to the point. The capacity on this thing is amazing. You can put huge plates / bowls inside and this microwave will heat it up in seconds.

It had a smell to it then started smoking. Best Buy wouldn’t work with us for a pick up or at least return via curbside. My mother can’t lift the microwave into the store as she doesn’t have the strength and is not entering stores during the pandemic. She is out the price of the microwave and will have to buy from somewhere else.

Love the microwave, but curbside pick up was a hassle. Will not use curbside again

Great microwave! It has plenty or room inside and i have never had microwave popcorn that popped evey kernel until this microwave. Does its job perfect.

So far, so good. My Kenmore is 30 years old and still works, but I wanted an upgrade. I miss the handle, and the little song it plays is different fro m the buzzer I was used to, but I'm adjusting. Heats great.

Excellent....Value or money paid is very good....I would recommend this to everyone looking for a microwave

I Would like to see a backlite on the control panel. Features are better than expected. All around satisfied.

Great product and I love the look of this microwave. The bell that sounds at the end of the cook time and reminder at the end of each minute that your cook time has ended is much more pleasing than other microwaves.

Our microwave died last minute on Christmas Eve, this one is a great replacement!

One of the best microwaves I have owned. The staff at Best Buy are tops.

Replacing an old one with this was a great choice. Works beautifully and I like that the alarm sound is music instead of a buzzer.

I love our new Microwave!! The inside can accommodate Large foods for defrosting and when it is done either cooking or defrosting, it will keep every few seconds to let you know your food is done I love this feature because I have forgotten things before.

My last LG microwave lasted for five years and I use it alot it started turning when the door was open, then stopped working all together. This is an upgrade with different features, still wish they had a light so I can see to punch buttons in the dark.

Setting cook times a little tricky compared to previous brands owned. However, once familiar with the process,not an issue. The finish tune is different, but not objectionable. Does a good job bringing foods and beverages to suitable temperatures.

Overall happy with microwave but doesnt have a setting for butter
